The Woolie Wrap is a wool cloth diaper cover that you snap on instead of pull up. These are convenient for smaller babies. Also they will fit a wider range of babies. Paired with a Nifty Nappy™ they are practically bullet proof and leave the baby’s bum well ventilated!

The Woolie Wrap is a one size (OS) cover. It is made to fit from 7 lbs. to 35 lbs. The versatility of a OS cover saves you money because you have to buy fewer covers over the course of cloth diapering. They are also great with multiple kiddos as you can use it on your 3 month old and your 2 year old. We have a great tutorial video on how to fold the Woolie Wrap, Nifty Nappy™ and Nifty Nappy™ AI2 to fit a newborn.
We love that our Woolie Wraps are so unique. We try to make no two exactly alike. If there is the same type of print from a sweater we try to use a different color of thread in the sewing so your wrap is one of a kind. When we purchase the wool sweaters to upcycle we are very very picky about the wool that is chosen. We only use wool that is at least 80% wool and the rest has to be a natural fiber. So you know you are getting a natural cover!
The inner layer of the Woolie Wrap is made with 100% Organic wool interlock. This inner layer makes the Woolie Wrap practically bullet proof. It also is useful in stabilizing the resin snaps that are used in doing up the wrap.
Wool is easy to care for. Wool naturally changes the pee to salt water so it dries clean with a bit of salt residue. When the wool gets too much of a salt build-up you must wash/re-lanolize your cover. This usually occurs every few weeks, (or when soiled) depending on use. Please allow to air dry between uses.

Wool is anti-bacterial and anti-microbial, which helps it to not retain odors. It can absorb up to 40% of its weight in liquid and it allows the body to breathe. It also acts as a natural fire retardant. These qualities of wool make it an excellent choice for a natural and oh so comfy diaper cover. Wool has the wonderful ability to regulate body temperature, it will keep your child warm in winter and cool in summer. Making it the perfect choice for diaper covers any time of the year. Used for generations!
