| “Disposables just seemed so easy especially when there was a dirty diaper involved. I thought cloth diapers were inconvenient. Boy, was I wrong. These diapers aren’t the ones you have to fold up and poke yourself many times trying to get on. These diapers have convenient snaps. Melly Bear hasn’t had one single diaper rash since we started and she has only leaked once or maybe twice but that was probably my fault. The one size fits perfect for both Melly and Mikey Bear. If you are looking to get started in cloth diapering, contact Vilate from Nifty Nappy. She will discuss with you exactly what you need to get started, give washing instructions, and is available to answer any questions. I am so thankful she got us started. Think about the money we are saving and how we are helping the environment!”

| Daddy Bear’s perspective: “When our Nifty Nappy package arrived, Mommy Bear immediately went into fits over how cute it was. I’ll admit that wasn’t so high on my list of priorities. However, I was very impressed by the simple elegance and adaptability of the design. This diaper looks like it would easily fit from a very young baby well into the toddler years. With a simple cloth insert and wool longies, the thing is basically idiot proof; a far cry from the cloth diapers of yesteryear. It remains to be seen how absorbent it is but from appearances it looks like it would hold up pretty well. All in all, this looks like a good product and I am excited to start using it… I mean for Melly Bear to start using it.AFTER USING the NIFTY NAPPY: I’ll admit that I thought the whole cloth diapering was kinda of a mom thing and I still have to ask Mommy Bear questions constantly but… Truth is I really like these. After a few accidents getting used to them, we haven’t had hardly any mishaps. Definitely no more than we would have had using disposables. They snap on easily and clean up isn’t nearly as difficult or unpleasant as one would think. And as much as I hate to admit it, I even like the patterns.” Daddy Bear |
| “I bought a few Nifty Nappy cloth diapers because I wanted to try something new and different. I had been using BumGenius and BSRB’s, but I am so glad I tried Nifty Nappy because I love these cloth diapers! They are super absorbent and very pretty. I’ve always wanted to have a pretty diaper that I didn’t have to use a cover on – which hides the pretty patterns. It says you need a cover, but I haven’t found that to be true except maybe at night. I love the soft lay-in inserts too. They also fit better than any other cloth diaper I have tried. I was never fond of one size diapers either, but that isn’t the case with these diapers. Many one-size cloth diapers can be bulky and make my daughter’s behind look three times the size it actually is, but not Nifty Nappys. These diapers are awesome!”

| “My friend Madison turned me on to Nifty Nappy. She just raved about them, so I decided I had better find out just how terrific they were! That’s when I met Vilate. She is just the sweetest Mama, and really goes out of her way to help. When I checked out the dipes, I’ll be honest. I was shocked by how thin and trim they were. I kept looking at them, and thought that there was no way they’d be absorbent. They were just TOO trim. The diapers themselves snap, and inside there is a lay in soaker. It folds in half, but is still very trim. I was doubtful it was going to last an hour before soaked. I prepped the dipes, and used them, and I will be the first to admit I was dead wrong! They are SUPER absorbent. m son wore each dipe for several hours, and the front just barely felt damp! Way to go Vilate! You have made a rockin’ fitted that is nice and trim! Most fitteds are very hard to fit under pants. When we went out today, I took my son out of another brand fitted because it was so fluffy, his pants fit funny. Nifty Nappy’s are nice and trim, and fit great under clothes! I was very surprised to see that the cover had snaps! I had never seen snaps on wool, and I’m a huge snap lover. I really dig her cover. Once again, it is very trim. I can put my son in his nifty nappy diaper and the cover, and it will still fit under clothing. The snaps allow for a great fit. The inside of the woolie wrap is wool interlock, so these things are seriously BULLETPROOF.” Megan Rayer |
| “Our dreams are of lollipops again instead of wet sheets! When our daughter turned eight months old her bladder seemed to change. We started having to change her diaper at night three to four times. Needless to say, this was not conducive to our sleep patterns and we were confused to why she stopped sleeping through the night! We started stuffing her pocket diapers with a microfiber insert, and then wrapping another insert in a hemp/bamboo insert to triple stuff the cloth diaper. This made her pajamas unable to snap and we still had to change her after six hours not to mention if we didn’t change her in time we had wet sheets and a very cranky stinky baby! It seemed like we had wet sheets every night for over a week when we were trying to find a solution. Then finally we heard of Nifty Nappy and knew we would definitely have to try it. When the adorable diaper and cover arrived, I was so excited! We had to wash and dry it four times to make sure it was absorbent and ready! The next night we used our pink giraffe fitted diaper and purple woolie cover and it lasted 12 hours. She went to sleep at 10 pm and the diaper lasted until 10 am! We were amazed and thankful we finally found our nighttime solution! My husband can even put the diaper and cover on so the design isn’t too difficult! We are so in love with our Nifty Nappy we have been washing it every night to use! And we are looking forward to ordering five-ten more for our diaper stash. I highly recommend Nifty Nappy and wish I had heard of the company sooner! We are converted for sure!”

| “You can add us to your list of happy customers! The other cloth diaper solutions we tried for overnight diapering had our daughter waking up soaked and grumpy, even disposables weren’t working, but your cloth diaper/wool cover combo did the trick. Thank you for your great diapers– we’ll definitely be back!”

| “Nifty Nappy is an adorable cloth diaper! I love these. L.O.V.E. Love. One of my most favorite things about the Nifty Nappy is that it doesn’t need pins or extra devices-it has super high quality snaps that adjust to fit the size of your baby. Oh yeah these are a one size fits all kind of deal-talk about money saver! Well I thought the diaper was cute. But then I dug deeper in the box and came out with the diaper cover. Oh my stinkin heck! It is so cute! It’s made out of a thrift store wool sweater (so resourceful) and is so soft and adorable. I thought for sure there would be super bulge with all this soft thick cloth, but NO! It fits perfectly, and Porter was able to move and crawl and walk and reign destruction throughout the house with no problem. And as it says on the website, with the nifty nappy and the wool cover together, these things are practically bullet proof! So absorbent and fantastic! I am super in love with these cloth diapers, and plan on talking the hubby into getting me this set of 5 more CUTE Nifty Nappys and another ADORABLE wool diaper cover to finish out Porter in diapers. The nice thing is that I can use them on baby #4.” Tiffany Hewlett |
| “I am admitting it right here on the world-wide-web. I am in love, it is true. I am having a big fat love affair with my Nifty Nappy fitted diapers. Gory big fat hearts them, too, and we wanna shout it from the rooftops!!! Lemme go back to the beginning.
Gory has a buddy named Moose, and his mommy runs Life Happens During Naptime. Well, she reviewed Nifty Nappy and had a giveaway with the review. She said that she loved them so much, that she actually tried them one night FOR BEDTIME! For all of you NOT in the know, a fitted has NO WATERPROOF LAYER! It is essentally bamboo fleece, hemp, bamboo velour, and some knit fabric all sandwiched together. She had a lanolinized woolie wrap over it, but that WAS IT!!!! All fabric, for ALL NIGHT!! I was nervous for her…I was biting my nails. I did not want poor Moose Man to wake up in a puddle of pee. The next day, I checked with her….and WOW! Moose made it through! I was totally sold, so I ran and grabbed one for Gory to try, along with a woolie wrap. When it got here, I washed it a few times, and slapped that sucker straight on Gory’s bum! The first time, it did leak. Wanna know why? Cause I totally did not put it on right, like a nerd. The second time……. Well…..You all might not believe this………. NOT ONLY were there no leaks…..but after 3 hours of wearing the diaper….the OUTSIDE of the diaper was STILL DRY!!! I mean…this diaper is THIN! It sucked up THAT MUCH PEE!!!! I decided to live on the edge. I let Gory play for a few hours around the house (sitting on the carpet, sitting on my lap, ect) with NO cover on at all! Just the diaper, no waterproof barrier, and we had no dapmness on the outdside of the diaper! NONE! I swear to you I am not lying. Brooke Van Gory |
| “Have you been battling with leaky diapers? Have you been searching for the perfect night time solution? Look no further! I must admit this was my first experience with fitted diapers and wool and I was not so sure how I would like either. I have been skeptical of the things I have heard about wool. I have heard that you only have to wash the wool cover about once a month (unless pooped in) and that you just leave it out to dry and it will not stink. Come on? Really? Sounds to good to be true right? I thought so too! I first tried out the whole diaper combination on my son over night. He really put these to the test because that particular night he slept from 8p.m. until almost 10a.m!!! I thought for sure I would have a sopping wet baby when I went to get him out of bed. He was dry! I was amazed. When I went to change him his woolie wrap felt a tad bit damp to the touch but not wet. When I took off the fitted diaper with insert, they were soaked! The wool truly did do the trick. But… The Woolie Wrap smelled badly of urine. I thought to myself, “sure.. just dry it out.” I was tempted to wash it, but was too curious to see what it would do. I hung it up to dry and a few hours later went to check on it. Giving it a thorough sniffing..I detected NO odor! Not just no odor but it actually had a clean smell to it!! I am glad to be wrong about wool and am so happy I gave it a try. I am loving this duo for nighttime.” BethAnne Hunter |
| “Not so long ago I was pretty bored with my cloth diaper stash… all solid colors with a few prints here and there – nothing worthy of my son’s cuteness! I wanted cute, printed pockets. I was also really wanting to try a great fitted, but didn’t want to spend $30 plus on it. I came across Vilate’s Nifty Nappy & thought I’d give her a try. I first ordered a couple of the Peachy Keen pockets. When I got them, I was floored. They were gorgeous and so so soft- not typical for a pocket diaper. I immediately prepped them & then almost couldn’t bring myself to put them on my son, since I knew it’d be a short time before they’d be dirty. I finally gave in & never wanted to go back! They were a great fit & I still couldn’t get over how soft they felt.
Shortly after, I bought some fitted Nifty Nappys & a woolie wrap. Once again, when I got them, I was amazed at the quality, the softness & how gorgeous everything was. These diapers are GREAT quality at such an affordable price. I’ve never had a leak, ever. I’ve been putting B in a fitted with fleece pjs at night & most of the time, the outside of the Nifty Nappy is still dry in the morning- amazing! I have since purchased more fitteds & a pair of wool longies. The longies are fabulous & I know they’ll last quite awhile. The wool in both the longies & the wrap are soft & so so absorbant. I can not stress how awesome these combos are at keeping my kiddo dry! In addition to these fabulous, high quality diapers (yep, you get even more from Nifty Nappy!), Vilate is by far the most helpful WAHM I’ve ever dealt with- in fact the most helpful of any diaper company ever! She’s always quick with an answer & is so flexible with orders. Vilate’s attitude towards customer service along with quality fabrics and construction makes Nifty Nappy one of the best cloth diaper brands available. Her store and affordable prices puts other work at home moms’ diaper shops to shame Now excuse me, I have to go finish buying more Nifty Nappys!” Mandy Wallace |
| “Not being one to be all that impressed with one-sized fitted diapers, I have to say that this was fantastic. The fit was perfect for my then 7 week old and my 27 month old and from my experience it’s hard to find a one-sized diaper that actually fits all sizes perfectly. Now to talk Wool! I will admit this is my very first time really giving wool a fair chance. It’s never appealed to me, seemed like a lot of work and when I tried it before it actually felt damp all the time so I tossed it and never thought about it again. Vilate’s Woolie wrap looked so great I had to give it a try again. To my surprise if it was actually lanolized and I changed baby when he was wet it worked really well. I absolutely love the fit of the woolie wrap as well, it fits perfectly over the Nifty Nappy Fitted diaper and the other fitted diapers I use on occasion. I was surprised too that even though it does take more time to care for a woolie once you get the hang of it (like cloth diapering in general) it’s not all that difficult. I too have never had such great care instructions sent to me with a diaper. Because of the great instructions I received on how to care for wool is the reason I am now using them. I was confused on how it worked and why I didn’t have to wash after each use, and really.. how do I wash them? The instructions are easy to follow and aren’t complicated.” Andrea Summers |
| “I would venture to say this is probably my most absorbent fitted when paired with the insert she includes with the diaper. During the day I was able to stick Moose in just the fitted and let him run and play for a few hours. By the time I was ready to change his diaper, the outside was still dry! That pretty much never happens with fitteds without a cover. That made me confident in this diaper’s ability to hold up overnight. I will be the first to admit: I am a big chicken when it comes to overnight diapering. I have found a pocket and insert system that works and have always been too afraid to try anything else. However, I mustered up enough courage to try the Nifty Nappy fitted and wool combo. I’m not going to lie, I was really nervous. I super-lanolized the woolies as per Vilate’s wool care on her website and hung them to dry. By nighttime I stuck his booty in the fitted with the insert folded down in front, the woolie and his usual fleece pajamas. I was a very happy mama that he not only slept perfectly but woke up perfectly dry! I never, never, never in a million years thought I would be able to use anything except for PUL at night. I am so happy to have found a more breathable option for nighttime diapering and I am definitely hoping to get more Nifty Nappy fitted and woolies. I have already recommended these diapers to all my cloth mamas, many of whom have made purchases and love them as much as I do.” Madison Chernik |
| “Since we cloth diaper at home, it made sense to be able to cloth diaper at the pool too. The diapers were easy to use and when we were done at the pool, we just put them in a sealable pouch to take them home to wash. Disposables swim diapers are not at all water tight and judging by the number of kids wearing these things at the pool, it is easy to imagine how a lifeguard and his poop net could be kept busy all day long. Not true of the Snappy SwimzEaze, thankfully.” Jennifer Wessel |
| “I really like this fitted diaper not for the look of course but as I am a mom and I want my diaper to work and I do not like leaky messes. Emma’s new Nifty Nappy held up to some big naps and messes lately. Nifty Nappy has absorbed great, washed up well and has held its shape. Besides looking pretty, Nifty Nappy cloth diaper has wonderful snaps. They are the ultimate in snapping power on this diaper. She can not get out of this one!! and the overall fit is great. At this age Emma is wearing more pants and jeans and this diaper fits well under clothing without looking really bulky. These are Emma’s first pair of Long Woolies and I love them. They are going to be staying a family keepsake for her as they are made so beautifully. Vilate only offers custom wool covers! This is a really great service as you know baby’s and toddlers are always changing shape. I sent Vilate all of Emma’s Measurements and I was so thrilled that her Long Woolies and new Nifty Nappy Diaper fit Perfect! Her woolies are incredible.” Kara |
| “Nifty Nappy is a perfect example of the reasons we can ditch the disposable mindset without sacrificing good fit and convenience. I agree that the Nifty Nappy is one of the nicest fitted cloth diapers I’ve seen for looks as well as construction. When compared to some other one size fits all brands, well…there just is no real comparison. I’m a Nifty Nappy fan and that’s that. I completely agree that Nifty Nappies is one of the best cloth diaper brands out there and Vilate is indeed a treasure. Vilate, of Nifty Nappy, produces a wonderful diaper that you have to hold in your hands and wrap around your little one to appreciate. Who wants their baby to look like they are in desperate need of a diaper change even when they are clean? Not so with this cloth diaper! the Nifty Nappy is so very nicely fitted in the bottom and trim in the waist which is a very desirable characteristic for any mom who likes for her baby to look sharp. But enough about the appearance of the Nifty Nappy diaper; the construction of this product is absolutely wonderful. They are so soft that I challenge you to resist the temptation to rub the ultra-soft cotton knit on your cheek. The fabric of both the outside and the interior of the diaper is pure pleasure to touch. If your baby has had problems with chafing around the leg openings of your current diaper, you will especially want to try these. In my experience this problem worsens in the winter months and if you have not had to deal with this yet, Nifty Nappy might prevent the irritation from ever getting started in the first place.” Jan aka MS Baby |
| “I can tell that we are going to get a lot of use out of both our Nifty Nappy one size diaper and wool cover and that they will last us throughout our cloth diapering years. Vilate had a great tutorial that explains how to wear the one size diaper with newborns on her webpage.
I really enjoy using the woolie wrap at nighttime paired with either the Nifty Nappy one size or one of our fitted diapers. I like how soft and comfortable the diaper feels and really love that I only have to care for it around once per month instead of every few days. Wool really fascinates me because it crystalizes the urine into salt instead of making a soggy wet mess. I have seen other wool covers that you have to pull on like underwear and really enjoy that this wool cover is a wrap that is easier to change in the middle of the night. DADDY: Nice thing about the woolie wrap is that you don’t have to worry about wet sheets in the morning or washing every few days!” Jamie Rouse |
| “I have been using your diapers at nighttime for a while now and I am loving them!!!! Not one leak at all! The outside of the diaper is barley even damp! We are using two of the inserts. Thank you thank you!!! We have never had a leak free night with cloth before now and half the time he leaked out of sposies at night. I finally found a nighttime solution for my heavy wetter! : )” Elisha Pitney |
